Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an organization, “you” or “Customer”) and RULEPULSE LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17470104, whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“RulePulse”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of the RulePulse website, application, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

This version of the Terms is effective as of September 21, 2026.

RulePulse monitors regulatory websites — including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), European Banking Authority (EBA), and any additional URLs you configure — for changes. When a change is detected, RulePulse uses automated systems, including AI, to summarize what changed, and lets you assign the resulting task to a member of your team and track it to completion, creating a record of what was reviewed and by whom.

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service from time to time, as described in Section 11 below.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rulepulse.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We may offer a free trial of the Service, currently seven (7) days and requiring no credit card to start. We may change the length or availability of any free trial, or end a trial early, at our discretion. At the end of a trial, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription.

The Service is offered under paid subscription plans (currently Starter, Professional, and Team), billed monthly, with a discount available for annual billing. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and, unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same length.

We may change our fees from time to time; we will give you advance notice before any price change takes effect on your account.

No refunds are issued for any billing period that has already started, whether monthly or annual. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until then.

You agree not to, and not to permit anyone else to:

• resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to a third party as a standalone service;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access, rate, or usage limits of the Service, or use bots, scripts, or automated means to interfere with or place undue load on the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; or
• use the Service to monitor any URL in violation of that website’s own terms of use or applicable law.

You remain responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party website you configure RulePulse to monitor.

RulePulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the FCA, PRA, EBA, or any other regulator or website referenced or monitored through the Service. Monitored content originates from third-party public websites that we do not control, and we do not guarantee that such content is accurate, complete, or up to date, or that our monitoring will detect every change made to a given source.

Change summaries, task suggestions, and other output generated by the Service’s AI systems may be incomplete or contain errors. RulePulse is a monitoring and workflow tool, not a law firm, and nothing in the Service constitutes legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any regulatory change against its original source and for the compliance decisions your organization makes as a result.

RulePulse and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, design, text, and branding, excluding your Customer Data (defined below). Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

You retain all rights to the data, monitor configurations, and content you submit to or generate through the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant RulePulse a license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide and support the Service to you.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Read our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; the Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, and will provide reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces core functionality for paying customers.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RulePulse’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to RulePulse in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. RulePulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold RulePulse harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. Either party may terminate these Terms as described in Section 5 (for a paid subscription) or, for a free trial, at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and do not remedy the breach within a reasonable period after notice. On termination, your right to access the Service ends, and we will handle any remaining Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by email or an in-product notice, before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
